Arcadian One, a cornerstone of the Myrtle Beach condo community, has proudly marked its 50th anniversary. Residents gathered on Saturday, April 6th 2024 to celebrate the occasion.
The event wasted no time getting down to business as it commenced with a meeting between residents and the board of directors to iron out the details of the HOA, setting the stage for a day filled with productive discussions and collaborative decision-making.
After wrapping up business matters, it was time to let loose and celebrate!
As the sun dipped below the horizon, casting a golden hue upon Arcadian One’s facade, residents from all walks of life converged to commemorate five decades of cherished memories and unwavering camaraderie.
Stevie O’Hare, Board President of Arcadian One’s homeowner association remarked, “50 years – half a century – is a milestone that deserves recognition and reflection. At our 50th Annual HOA Meeting, it was amazing to acknowledge our legacy members – those who represent families that have been a part of Arcadian One since 1974. We are celebrating 50 years of laughter, love and unforgettable moments. Cheers to the incredible journey that lies ahead in the next half a century. Life happens here at Arcadian One.”
And it truly does.
